Job Title: Minor Works Project Co-ordinator Location: Wendover, Buckinghamshire Salary: £40,000-£50,000 per annum (depending on experience) package (vehicle, fuel, pension, etc.) Reporting to: Operations Manager & Contracts Manager Type: Full-Time, Permanent Role Overview We're seeking an experienced and organised Minor Works Project Co-ordinator to manage multiple small-scale construction projects ranging from £20,000 to £100,000 in value. You will take full ownership of projects with short durations (average 4 weeks), coordinating resources, subcontractors, and materials to ensure safe, high-quality delivery under main contractor responsibilities. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role ideal for someone with a strong understanding of site operations, health & safety, and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced jobs in parallel. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of several concurrent minor works projects Oversee site set-up, programme management, subcontractor coordination, and project close-out Liaise effectively with clients, supply chain, and internal teams to maintain smooth delivery Produce and maintain programmes, RAMS, procurement schedules, and progress reports Ensure strict compliance with H&S, CDM regulations, and company procedures Handle all project documentation, including variations and final accounts Support the tendering and pricing of new works alongside the commercial team Requirements Proven experience managing construction or maintenance projects between £20k-£100k Background in main contracting, fit-out, or FM environments preferred Strong knowledge of health & safety and CDM responsibilities Excellent organisational and planning skills - able to run multiple jobs at once Proficient in Microsoft Office and project planning tools CSCS card essential; SMSTS or SSSTS preferred Full UK driving licence required What We Offer Competitive salary: £40,000-£50,000 depending on experience Company vehicle and fuel allowance Pension scheme Ongoing training and development Supportive, forward-thinking leadership Genuine opportunity to shape and grow within a key department
