Director of Procurement OR Procurement Manager - Clinical Trial Supplies

This is a standalone role with no direct reports, but significant visibility, ownership, and growth potential. You’ll play a key role in shaping comparator sourcing activities and directly contributing to company revenue and expansion.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re open to two types of profiles:
Option 1 –
* 2+ years of sourcing experience at a clinical trial services organisation, ideally within comparators, parallel imports, unlicensed medicines or ancillaries
* Confident jumping into a fast paced environment and learning quickly.
* Comfortable taking ownership, asking questions, and getting stuck in.
* Training and support will be provided for the right attitude.
Option 2 – Experienced Professional
* A highly experienced comparator sourcing or clinical supply professional.
* Looking for a role where you can make your mark, influence revenue growth, and help scale the business.
* Comfortable operating independently in a lean structure with minimal hierarchy.

* Proactively sourcing comparators in line with study requirements and timelines.
* Building strong relationships with suppliers (manufacturers and wholesalers) and internal stakeholders.
* Contributing ideas and solutions that support scalability and commercial growth.
