Owen Reed is recruiting an experienced Senior Legal PA to join a leading Private Real Estate team. This Senior Legal PA role is partner-focused and ideal for a proactive professional who takes full ownership of their workload and consistently delivers high-quality support.
The Senior Legal PA Role
As a Senior Legal PA, you will provide comprehensive support to Partners and play a key role in the smooth running of the Private Real Estate practice.
Key responsibilities for the Senior Legal PA include:
1. Proactive diary, inbox and international travel management
2. Acting as first point of contact for Partners and key clients
3. Managing the full matter lifecycle including onboarding, compliance, filing and archiving
4. Supporting billing processes, WIP management and liaising with Finance and Credit Control
5. Preparing and coordinating legal and property documentation
