Based in Warrington, they are looking for a Management Accountant to join initially on a temporary basis with the opportunity for this to turn permanent for the right candidate.
Description
The Management Accountant duties include:
Produce monthly management accounts, including accruals and prepayments
Maintain trial balance and assist with month-end close
Process payroll for weekly and monthly staff
Work with Sage 50, and other relevant systems
Support the Finance Director and Accounts Payable team
Ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting deadlines
Liaise with auditors and external stakeholders as requiredProfile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
Immediate start/short notice period
Qualified by Experience (QBE) or solid Management Accountant background
Strong knowledge of Sage 50, payroll processes
Ability to produce accurate management accounts and trial balance
Excellent understanding of accruals, prepayments, and construction industry terminology
Strong interpersonal skills - able to work collaboratively in a small teamJob Offer
