* Manage the day-to-day performance of Google Ads accounts for a portfolio of D2C eCommerce clients

* Monitor key performance metrics and implement testing strategies to improve outcomes
* Own client communication-providing insights, updates, and strategy recommendations via Slack and video calls

* Collaborate with internal teams to improve creative, landing pages, and conversion flows
* Support training of junior media buyers and contribute to ongoing process improvements

We're looking for a commercially sharp marketer with a strong background in eCommerce PPC:
* 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, ideally within an agency or high-growth eCom brand
* Experience managing large budgets and optimising campaigns toward ROAS and CAC goals
* Familiarity with Shopify, product feeds, and eCommerce funnels
* Proficient in using tools like GA4, Triple Whale, and keyword research platforms
* Clear communicator with client-facing experience
* Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organised
* Comfortable working independently in a remote-first, fast-paced environment
