Our Young People’s Supported Accommodation Service provides safe and supportive housing for young people aged 16–21 who are experiencing homelessness.
We operate across several locations within the city and place a strong focus on empowerment, stability and positive futures.
As a Night Supported Accommodation Officer, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality support and oversight during out‑of‑hours periods. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the safety, well being, and stability of both the young people and the accommodation environment overnight.

Experience of working with individuals who present complex behaviours, and an understanding of the challenges faced by homeless people and/or young people, would be advantageous.
Applicants should have experience of working directly with customers and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high‑quality services. Strong communication, administrative and IT skills are essential, along with the ability to manage and resolve disputes constructively.
The ability to speak a community language would be an advantage.
