Responsibilities include conducting routine tests, managing lab supplies, keeping equipment calibrated, and supporting senior laboratory staff and other teams with various laboratory and operational tasks. Key Responsibilities Sample Management: Collect, prepare, and test samples for analysis. Data & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all laboratory activities, equipment maintenance, and sample results. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all laboratory equipment and sensors are properly maintained, calibrated, and in good working order. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage reagents and consumables, anticipating and requesting upcoming purchases. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to strict health, safety, and welfare procedures and implement safety improvements in the laboratory area. Operational Support: Assist with process ramp-up, optimization, and various operational tasks for the commissioning team or other departments as assigned. Technical Support: Provide technical support by performing basic tests and presenting findings to senior staff. Technical Competency: A strong understanding of laboratory practices and equipment.
