Working Hours and Benefits
* 7am - 10pm, Monday - Sunday, working alternate weekends

Candidate Requirements
Applicants with experience as Care Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers holding an NVQ / QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) are preferred. However, dedicated Care Assistants or Carers with a solid track record and ambition to progress are also encouraged to apply. Role Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you will lead and motivate support workers to ensure the delivery of excellent person-centred care, enabling individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives.
You will be involved in recruiting and developing support staff through supervision, interviews, and guidance. Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with staff, those we support, and external professionals. Good written communication and IT skills are also required for record keeping.
