BBI exists to help our customers create advances that improve health and save lives. We are seeking a Project Lead to join our team. This is a fixed-term, full-time position based at our site in Crumlin. Join our team: advancing health, together.
The Role
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Deliver development projects within budget and timelines according to proposals and agreed commercial and customer requirements.
* Lead the delivery of the project design plan and empower individuals in your team to act independently, delegating responsibility to individuals to ensure accountability and successful execution.
* Manage the project Design History Folder ensuring scientific oversight and direction of all outputs.
* Support commercial onboarding by adhering to the Point of Care (POCT) screening process and producing technically accurate proposals with detailed costings.
* Ensure that all development projects are onboarded efficiently and within health & safety and compliance standards.
* Identify and lead root cause analysis for technical troubleshooting to ensure that any design issues are mitigated, and every product has a robust manufacturing process ready for transfer.
* Coach and mentor Senior Scientists, Development Scientists and Technicians (if required) to ensure technical development and promote innovation.
You Should Apply If
* Product Knowledge
* Proven record of successful completion of development projects ideally within life sciences.
* Technical project leadership.
* Troubleshooting / data analysis.
* Experience of ISO13485 or other relevant standard and working to a Quality Management System.
* Experienced in design control.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in use of project management software
