Why This Role Matters
Our Credit Risk team defines the Banks risk appetite, sets policies for customer acceptance, and ensures lending portfolios perform within tolerance. Beyond monitoring arrears, we provide strategic oversight, regulatory compliance, and portfolio analysis to safeguard sustainable growth.
As a Strategy Designer, youll maintain and enhance credit policy-driven initiatives, working closely with IT teams and external partners to deliver robust, sustainable solutions.
What Youll Be Doing
1. Design, build, and manage product-specific credit strategies, scorecards, and policy rules within our Decisioning Platform (DP).
2. Ensure governance and compliance when promoting changes to UAT or Production environments.
3. Take ownership of unit, system, and user acceptance testing across decisioning processes.
