Job Title: Primary ECT (Early Career Teacher)
Location: Gainsborough
Salary: £120 – £140 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Primary ECT to join a welcoming school in Gainsborough. This Primary ECT role is ideal for a newly qualified teacher looking to build confidence and gain valuable classroom experience.
Responsibilities as a Primary ECT:
* Deliver high-quality lessons that support pupil engagement and learning across the primary curriculum.
* Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Work collaboratively with experienced staff and mentors to develop your practice.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress to inform planning and support.
* Contribute to school life and take part in staff training and development.
Requirements for the Primary ECT role:
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
* A passion for teaching and a commitment to helping every child succeed.
* Strong communication, planning, and classroom management skills.
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* A full CV covering the past 10 years with all gaps explained.
