HR Generalist (Hybrid) needed in Beverley, Paying £20.48ph - Reference: 5265569
3 Days per week in the office
You will ideally have transformation and employee relations experience.
* To deliver a range of high-quality, efficient, and effective Human Resources services to support senior leaders and managers in achieving their key strategic objectives.
* To provide advice and support on both a generalist and specialist level for complex human resources issues, such as disciplinary, grievance, capability, attendance, harassment, service reviews, redundancy, and TUPE.
* Provide effective advice and guidance on all Human Resources matters by interpreting policies, procedures, and employment law (i.e., disciplinary, grievance, capability, attendance, harassment, service reviews, and TUPE).
This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
