We are recruiting an experienced professional with a solid background in Commercial Account Management to build relationships with Contractors and our Key Specialist Merchant customers.

* Demonstrate your commercial drive and passion by taking full responsibility for your sales and profitability targets.
* Develop and execute your own business plan while collaborating with colleagues to identify new opportunities.
* Manage Contractors and participate in regular business reviews across your region, aligning with our ‘Creating Better Spaces’ philosophy.
* Utilize your project tracking and conversion skills to succeed in a dynamic environment.
* Challenge expectations, showcase entrepreneurial skills, and establish yourself within a supportive team.
Essential skills and experience:
* Sales and/or Account Management experience in the construction industry, selling to main contractors, sub-contractors, and key merchant partners.
* A successful track record, including major project and account management.
* Ability to develop long-term relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Proven project tracking and conversion skills.
* Self-motivated, dynamic, and driven with the ability to work independently.
* Presentable, credible, and reliable.
* Possess a full UK driving license and be able to commute within the designated region.
