About Our Client

Job Description
Key Responsibilitites:
3. Keep the marketing engine running smoothly through effective administration, including purchase orders and finance processes.
4. Support the field team with day-to-day administration, order coordination, and dealer needs.
5. Act as a key point of contact for our dealer network, managing POS requests, collateral, portal access, and communications.
6. Maintain and update the dealer portal marketing backend, ensuring the collateral is current.
7. Assist in the delivery of trade shows, exhibitions, and dealer training events, bringing the brand to life in the field.
8. Contribute content for social media and PR, aligned to brand tone and campaign objectives.
9. Manage and respond to customer interactions across social platforms, representing the brand with confidence and clarity and following up queries.
10. Support CRM management (HubSpot), ensuring data is accurate and campaigns are effectively executed.
11. Provide flexible support across the wider brand activity as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Marketing Executive should have:
12. Strong interest in digital marketing and how it influences customer behaviour.
13. Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, and community management.
14. Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
15. Proactive and self-motivated, with a genuine "roll your sleeves up" attitude.
16. Quick to learn, able to take direction, and confident applying new knowledge
17. Enthusiastic, ambitious, and keen to grow within a forward-thinking brand
18. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and marketing platforms such as CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
