Salary : Up to £36,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)

Working Hours : 4 or 5-day week
Weekend Commitment : 1:4 weekend rota (TOIL for weekends worked)

Whether you choose a 4-day or 5-day week, you will be working within a vibrant and busy clinic, supported by a team of skilled vets, nurses, and Veterinary Care Assistants (VCAs). Key Responsibilities :
* Provide high-quality nursing care for inpatients and outpatients, ensuring a high standard of care and welfare.
* Assist in surgical procedures, monitor anaesthetics, and provide post-operative care.
* Conduct nurse consultations, offering advice on preventative healthcare, nutrition, and routine procedures.
* Work collaboratively with the veterinary team, providing support in diagnostics, treatments, and patient management.
* Maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring excellent communication with both the veterinary team and clients.
* Ensure the clinic runs smoothly during your shifts, contributing to the overall efficiency and care standards of the practice.
* Participate in a 1:4 weekend rota with TOIL (Time Off In Lieu) for any weekend shifts worked.
Key Requirements :
* Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) qualification or equivalent.
* Experience in a veterinary practice, with confidence in handling a variety of cases.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for delivering high standards of patient care.
* Strong organizational skills, able to manage a varied caseload and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to embrace further training and development opportunities, including CPD and Certificates.
* Flexibility to work within the weekend rota (1:4) and commitment to maintaining the high standards of the clinic.
