An exciting opportunity has opened for a Tendering Engineer to join an electrical infrastructure provider working across LV and 11kV networks, with the chance to gain exposure to 33kV projects too. This role offers a mix of hybrid working, varied projects, and the chance to be part of a supportive, collaborative team.
What You'll Be Doing
* Preparing accurate tenders and cost estimates for electrical infrastructure projects
* Working across LV and 11kV schemes (with some 33kV exposure)
* Pricing projects ranging from £20k up to £1m
* Reviewing technical drawings, specifications and client requirements
* Liaising with internal teams, suppliers and clients to ensure competitive and compliant bids
* Supporting the wider pre‑construction function with commercial and technical input
What We're Looking For
* Experience in electrical tendering or estimating
* Background within an ICP or electrical infrastructure environment
* Knowledge of LV and 11kV networks (33kV desirable but not essential)
* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tenders and work to deadlines
