Patient Advisor
Hours: Part-time (24 hours over 3 days, including Saturdays)
Salary: From £26,500 + Bonus Pro Rata

Responsibilities
* Building relationships with patients and ensuring regular communication prior to and following their treatment
* Assisting in patient consultations
* Scanning patients’ eyes using state‑of‑the‑art equipment as part of a full health check
* Assisting patients to complete health questionnaires
* Introducing patients to their optometrist
* Scheduling treatment date
* Discussing finance options
* Accurately maintaining patient records

* Passion for providing world‑class customer service
* Strong organisational skills
* Clear and articulate communication with a diverse range of people
* Previous experience working towards sale targets and personal KPIs
* Motivated and driven to succeed
