Join Our Team as a Qualified Nursery Practitioner. Are you passionate about creating brighter futures for children? We are looking for a Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team at St Nicholas. To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Please note: we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
Responsibilities
* Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
* Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
* Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Monitor and celebrate children's development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
* Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
* Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others.
Qualifications
* Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Eligibility to work in the UK; DBS checks may be required.

* Pay: £25,625 - £26,104 per annum, based on experience (40 hours per week).
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday.
* Location: St Nicholas Day Nursery, Hemel Hempstead, Eastwick Row, Bennetts End, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 4JQ.
