Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated experienced bar staff/hospitality trained. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our bar staff, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring that all drinks are served to the highest standards.
Duties
* Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
* Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
* Handle cash transactions and manage the till with basic math skills to ensure accurate billing.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operation during busy periods.
* Monitor customer behaviour and provide responsible service of alcohol at all times.
* Assist in restocking supplies as needed, ensuring that the bar is well-equipped for service.
* Uphold high standards of personal hygiene and presentation at all times.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a restaurant & bar setting required.
* Strong hospitality skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
* Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
* Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions effectively.
* Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts efficiently.
* A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment.
