Service Improvement Officer
Up to £31,092 per annum
37 hours per week, Monday - Friday, based at our offices on Preston Docks
What will you be doing in this role?
The Service Improvement Team work across all departments in CGA to support the delivery of excellent customer service and develop a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Our Service Improvement Officers gather data and insight, carry out analysis and share their findings to ensure that our services are meeting customer needs. They also manage CGA’s complaints process and support us to identify improvement and implement change.
What are we looking for in you?
* You’ll share our values and demonstrate excellent customer service in all aspects of your work
* You’ll be dealing with a wide range of people – both colleagues and customers - so you must have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and understand different perspectives
* You’ll have good IT skills with the ability to analyse data and present it in a way that people can understand and use to influence their decision making
* You’ll have a track record of data-driven decision making – solving problems and using insight to deliver an excellent service
It would be great if you also had:
* Significant experience working in customer service roles
* Experiencing creating reports
* Experience of working with a wide range of people across the organisation to deliver outcomes for customers

Working Arrangements
This role has the opportunity to work both from our gorgeous dock-front offices and at home. You will generally expected to be in the office at least 60% of the time, with flexibility given to accommodate business and personal needs.
