The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages
* Transfers of equity
* New build transactions
* Shared ownership and Help to Buy schemes
You’ll work closely with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure smooth and efficient completion of matters, while delivering exceptional client care.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
* 2+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
* Strong technical knowledge of property law and Land Registry processes
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage your own caseload independently
* Experience with case management systems and digital conveyancing tools
