ServiceNow Consultant (ITSM/ITOM/CSM/HRSD)
Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.
* Configure and customize ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, ITBM, and integrations with 3rd-party systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Azure AD, etc.).
* Develop workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and Service Portal.
* Provide advisory services to clients on ITIL process maturity and automation opportunities.
* Prepare technical documentation, training material, and knowledge transfer sessions.
Skills:
* ServiceNow platform development and administration.
* Strong knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 processes.
* Experience with APIs, web services (REST, SOAP), JSON, XML.
* Scripting: JavaScript, AngularJS, Jelly, Glide.
* Experience with ServiceNow MID Server, Discovery, and CMDB.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Certifications:
* ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator).
* CIS in ITSM/ITOM/CSM/HRSD (one or more).
* ITIL v4 Foundation / Intermediate.
* Agile/Scrum Master certification (preferred).
