Developing tailored wellbeing initiatives – Running workshops on resilience, mindfulness, and emotional wellbeing to equip students with lifelong skills.
Working alongside senior pastoral staff – Collaborating with the Director of Behaviour & Attitudes, SENDCo, Lead & Deputy DSLs, and Heads of Year to drive a joined-up approach to inclusion.
Providing academic mentoring – Supporting students in and out of lessons, focusing on revision strategies, study skills, and engagement.
Acting as a trusted mentor – Offering a confidential, unbiased listening service, signposting students to relevant internal and external services.
Promoting a whole-school culture of wellbeing – Advising staff, creating student resources, and ensuring inclusion remains at the heart of our school.
Supporting reintegration & behaviour management – Helping students transition back into education following periods of disengagement or personal difficulties.
This is more than a pastoral role—it’s about empowering students to take control of their future and flourish.
