ROLE: Domiciliary Carer
LOCATION: Field based covering the majority of Surrey (including but not limited to Guildford, Godalming, Woking, Cranleigh, Haslemere, Farnham, Camberley and Lightwater. Also cover the villages and rural areas in the Surrey Hills and Waverley and Surrey Heath boroughs) - full and valid driving licence and access to own vehicle is required
HOURS OF WORK: Various shifts available
DURATION: Permanent
RATE OF PAY: Various depending on shift time, minimum rate £15 per hour, see breakdown below
* Monday–Friday (7am–8pm): £15 per hour
* Monday–Friday (8pm–7am): £18 per hour
* Weekends: (7am-8pm) £16 per hour
* Weekends: (8pm-7am) £19 per hour
* Bank Holiday rate - £22.50 per hour

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and experienced DOMICILIARY CARER to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. The successful candidate will support service users to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
* Assist with medication in line with care plans and training
* Support with meal preparation and light household tasks
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Promote independence and wellbeing
* Accurately complete care records and report any concerns
* Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and company policies
Requirements:
* Right to work in the UK without requiring spοnsοrship or vіsa transfer
* Previous care assistant experience is required
* Driving licence and access to own vehicle
* Strong understanding of care needs, confidentiality and safeguarding.
