Job Title: Associate Town Planner
Location: Manchester
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Part time may be considered)
We’re looking for a Senior Town Planner to help shape sustainable, inclusive, and well-designed places across the UK. From housing and infrastructure to green spaces and regeneration — you’ll make a real impact on local communities.
What you’ll do:
* Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals
* Engage with local authorities, clients, and the public
* Conduct site appraisals and policy research
* Advise on planning policy and development potential
* Support senior planners on major or strategic projects
What you’ll bring:
* RTPI-accredited degree (or working toward Chartership)
* Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and process
* Excellent report writing, communication, and negotiation skills
