Job Description
The Finance Assistant will be responsible for:
* Bank reconciliations
* Assist in updating cash flow statements
* Journal preparation and processing
* Manage mailbox
* Accounts Payable support - raising purchase orders, reconciling bank accounts, uploading bank transactions onto the system
* Accounts Receivable support - raising sales invoices, ensuring debt settled with agreed terms
The Successful Applicant
The Finance Assistant will be/have:
* Experience in a similar Finance role
* Good Excel skills
* Experience using a Finance system/s
* Immediately available
