Overview
Join Evolve Psychology at our Exeter Clinic as a Specialist Neurodevelopmental Practitioner. This hybrid role involves a mix of clinic-based and remote work, with full-time or part-time applications considered (minimum three days per week). You will work within a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality autism and ADHD assessments via NHS-funded referrals and private pathways.

Role and Responsibilities
* Conduct structured observations and developmental history interviews and contribute to multidisciplinary diagnostic discussions.
* Produce accurate, evidence-based clinical reports and diagnostic formulations.
* Provide clear, compassionate feedback to families; deliver clinical supervision where applicable.
* Work efficiently to meet service KPIs; travel to Exeter for in-person sessions as part of a hybrid role.
* Utilise digital workflows and in-house systems to streamline admin, supported by IT and operational teams.

Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum of 1 year’s professional registration with HCPC, NMC, GMC or Social Work England (e.g., Clinical Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist, Educational Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Nurse, Learning Disability Nurse, General Nurse, Childrens Nurse, Medical Practitioner, Social Worker).
* Experience conducting diagnostic assessments for autism and/or ADHD in children and young people (minimum 1 year).
* Strong understanding of differential diagnosis in neurodevelopmental presentations and knowledge of DSM-5 criteria for autism and ADHD.
* Trained and experienced in diagnostic tools such as ADOS-2, ADI-R, etc.
* Excellent time management and ability to manage a caseload; ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and participate in collaborative diagnostic discussions.
* Highly developed written language skills for producing high-quality clinical reports and strong communication with children, young people, and their families.
* Must be eligible to work in the UK.
