Quarry / Mobile Plant Operative

40 hours per week + overtime
Annual Salary £30,023 / £ per hour (40 hours per week) + overtime

So, what’s the Mission about?
We are currently in the process of delivering a significant investment in our Howley Park quarrying operation and have an opportunity for the right mobile plant (excavator) operative.
The role will involve:
1. Working in a quarry environment
2. Extraction of rock from a quarry face
3. Loading articulated dump trucks
4. General maintenance tasks
The ideal candidate should have:
5. A current MPQC or CPCS licence or equivalent to operate an Excavator.
6. Experience of quarry face operations (not essential as full training will be provided)
7. Be able to work on their own or as part of a team.
8. Ability to adapt to operational changes and prioritise work effectively.
9. General mobile plant maintenance requirements
The successful candidate will be working within a small team and will be required to work and carry out a multitude of different tasks.
