Description The key responsibilities for the role of Commercial Property Accountant include: Managing commercial property finances and maintaining accurate lease records. Raising rent, service charge, utility, and insurance invoices and posting tenant receipts. Preparing completion statements for new leases and monthly rent pay-overs to landlords. Performing bank reconciliations and assisting with monthly and quarterly accounts. Collaborating on annual service charge budgets, preparing cashflows, and managing tenant communications.
