The Role
We’re looking for a Copywriter & Content Executive to join our Brand and Social team. This is a dynamic role for someone who loves storytelling, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a meaningful impact in a purpose-led wellness brand.
This full-time permanent role will be responsible for supporting copywriting needs across the business from campaign messaging and product descriptions to blogs and emails while also playing a key role in our social and community engagement. With guidance from the wider Brand and Social team, you’ll help shape our tone of voice, build brand consistency, and connect with our audience in authentic and inspiring ways.

What You Will Do
* Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling brand and campaign copy
* Own and manage the blog calendar, D2C briefs, product descriptions, emails, and other collateral
* Proofread and edit all copy to ensure consistency and quality
* Support the creation of copy bibles and brand basics
* Champion our tone of voice across all messaging
* Assist with community activations, both online and offline
* Engage with our audience on social media, responding to comments and sparking conversations
* Supporting with content creator engagement
* Write captions and help schedule content
* Stay informed on emerging AI tools for content, copy, and SEO
* Explore ways to integrate AI to enhance storytelling and optimise workflows
* Work closely with brand marketing, creative, and regulatory teams to ensure consistent and compliant messaging
* Coordinate with social, CRM, and e-commerce teams for cross-channel alignment
* Manage your workload efficiently and support freelance writers to maintain high-quality outputs
Requirements
* Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail
* Experience in a copywriting role is desirable
* Strong understanding of brand tone and consistency across touchpoints
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently
* Excellent communicator across teams and channels
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced business with a start-up mentality and approach
* High energy, willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude
