A truly amazing charity who support children across Yorkshire are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join their team as a Senior Marketing Manager. This is a pivotal position in the growth plans of this charity, they need someone who can help take them from where they are now to where they want to be. The successful candidate will have the chance to work in a stimulating and rewarding environment where innovation and creativity are highly valued. This is both a strategic and hands-on role. You’ll shape the charity’s communications at the highest level, but you’ll also roll your sleeves up and get stuck in — creating, writing, designing, and connecting with their communities. There is already so much incredible work happening at this charity, they just need someone to help us tell their story. Essential Skills and Experience: Proven track record of delivering growth (charity or business sector) Experience in team management and leadership Confident across multiple marketing platforms — social media, Mailchimp, Trello, Monday CRM, and integrated marketing campaigns A true marketing all-rounder: strategic thinker, creative doer Experience organising, promoting and helping to run events/fundraisers Preferably, you’ve led public-facing campaigns You’re outgoing, a team player, and can laugh at yourself along the way Experience with the growth and management of social channels like Meta Platforms, LinkedIn, YouTube and more You have developed and implemented comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies Experience working with and managing external suppliers, agencies, photographers etc Ability to closely monitor and report on marketing ROI Whats in it for you: £40,000 - £50,000 basic salary 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Other benefits advised at application stage Monday to Friday working pattern, 09:00 – 17:00 Fridays working from home
