You will be working for an institution based on the outskirts of Bath.
Your new role
You will be assisting management level faculty with the day to day running of their projects and team, duties include:
1. Assisting with planning and booking travel.
2. Diary and meeting management.
3. Acting as the first point of contact on behalf of the faculty.
4. Events coordination and planning.
What you'll need to succeed
5. High level of organisational skills.
6. Excellentmunication skills, particularly within the team.
7. Previous experience as a PA, events coordinator or project manager is ideal.
8. Be able tomit to 5 days on site.
9. Proficient with MS Office: Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word.
