Description The Local Store Marketing Associate will focus on promoting Slim Chicken’s brand locally by implementing marketing initiatives and building community relationships. This role does not involve working in-store but will require learning about store operations to align marketing strategies effectively. We are looking for individuals who are self motivated, can work with minimal supervision, has a professional appearance, articulate and outgoing. No experience is necessary, all training will be on the job! As a Local Store Marketing Associate, you will help build sales at your assigned location by increasing brand recognition, building relationships in the community, increasing guest frequency, while setting up fundraisers and catering events. Responsibilities Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to drive store traffic. Build partnerships with schools, businesses, and community organizations. Setup caterings and fundraisers. Distribute promotional materials and manage local event participation. Monitor and report on the success of local marketing efforts. Collaborate with the store management and the teams to ensure marketing aligns with operational goals.
