We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Hybrid Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional service to customers both in-person and remotely, ensuring their vehicle needs are met efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities
As a Senior Service Advisor, you'll play an essential role in ensuring customers receive the highest level of service from the moment they make an enquiry to when their vehicle is returned. You'll liaise closely with the workshop and parts teams to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers and handle service enquiries over the phone
* Book vehicles into the static & mobile workshops, to manage schedules efficiently
* Communicate clearly with customers, explaining required work and keeping them updated
* Liaise with technicians to monitor progress and ensure timely completion of jobs
* Prepare accurate invoices and explain costs to customers at collection/completion
* Promote and upsell additional services, maintenance plans, and products
* Handle complaints and queries professionally to maintain customer satisfaction
Skills
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
* Mechanical knowledge or experience in automotive servicing is highly desirable.
* Proven ability to upsell products or services in a consultative manner.
* Cash handling experience with accuracy and integrity in financial transactions.
* Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Adaptability to utilise digital tools for scheduling, record keeping, and communication purposes. Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
