A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SPA ATTENDANT AT THE WESTIN LONDON CITY
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the SPA Operations Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following..
* Welcome all guests to the Spa, ensuring any special requirements are met
* Ensuring the Spa and Fitness area is set up and presented to standard
* Maintaining the cleanliness of the Spa, in particular the changing rooms, heat and water facilities and relaxation rooms
* Ensure that Spa amenities and lockers are fully stocked at all times
* Attending to guests in both the changing area and relaxations rooms, ensuring that they are comfortable as well as offering refreshments
* Carrying out daily pool test and safety checks

To succeed in the role of Spa Attendant, you will need the following qualities and skills:
* We are looking for someone with a pleasant and welcoming manner
* Passionate about providing personalised service to our guests
* Flexible and adaptable to different working conditions & hours
* Forward thinking and promotes new ideas
* Has a positive attitude, and is flexible and adaptable to different working shift patterns and conditions.
* Preferably has previous experience working in a luxury spa environment
