We're looking for a Handyperson to join our Southampton Schools FM team based in Southampton and Portsmouth.
Location: Southampton and PortsmouthHours: 40 hours per week – 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

What will you be responsible for?
As a Handyperson, you'll be working within the Southampton Schools FM team, supporting them in delivering a customer-focused, cost-effective and efficient maintenance service across the site.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Carrying out routine Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and minor repair/improvement works including painting, decorating, carpentry, lock changes, and general repairs
* Proactively reporting faults to equipment, buildings, and fittings
* Maintaining cleanliness of plant rooms, workshops, and storage areas
* Working safely and in accordance with Work Instructions, Safe Working Practices, and Method Statements
* Completing all job packs/reports accurately and on time
