Your new role
As Associate Mechanical Engineer, you'll:
* Lead mechanical design and project delivery from concept to completion.
* Manage and mentor a small team of engineers and technicians.
* Own client relationships, prepare fee bids, and present solutions.
* Deliver technical reports, calculations, and BIM-integrated designs.
* Oversee project finances, resource planning, and quality reviews.
* Drive sustainability and commercial outcomes across your projects.
What you'll need to succeed
* Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
* 5+ years' experience in mechanical building services design.
* Experience leading teams and delivering complex projects.
* Strong client-facing and business development skills.
* BIM/CAD proficiency and digital engineering awareness.
* A mindset ready for leadership, influence, and impact.
