We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in St Helens supporting children with Learning Disabilities (LD) and Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support for students with these specific needs, ensuring they have the opportunity to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally in a supportive and inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist the class teacher in delivering a differentiated curriculum to students with Learning Disabilities (LD) and Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), acting as a Teaching Assistant in one-on-one and small group support. Support children with LD and EBD in developing social and communication skills, promoting inclusion and positive peer relationships.
