Key Responsibilities
* Size rings both up and down accurately and efficiently
* Replace half shanks with precision and care
* Re-tip and rebuild claws to restore original strength and appearance
* Repair various types of chains with attention to detail
* Work confidently with all types of metals commonly used in jewellery
* Collaborate effectively with your team to prioritize and manage workload
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a jewellery bench worker with a strong portfolio of repairs
* Solid skills in sizing, shank replacement, claw restoration, and chain repair
* Ability to work across different metals and adapt techniques accordingly
* A reliable, honest, and dedicated approach to your craft
