We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join a growing HVAC and Building Services specialist based near High Wycombe. This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer looking to build a long-term career within the HVAC industry.
The successful Graduate Mechanical Engineer will join a supportive technical team and gain hands-on exposure to live HVAC projects from early design stages through to delivery.
The Role – Graduate Mechanical Engineer
As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, you will support the design and coordination of HVAC systems across commercial and industrial projects. This role will provide practical experience, mentoring from senior engineers, and structured development within building services.
Key responsibilities for the Graduate Mechanical Engineer will include:
* Assisting with HVAC system design and calculations
* Supporting production of technical drawings and documentation
* Preparing technical submissions and project documentation
* Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams
* Supporting project engineers with coordination and delivery
* Attending site visits where required
Requirements – Graduate Mechanical Engineer
To be considered for this Graduate Mechanical Engineer position, you must have:
* A degree in Mechanical Engineering from a Russell Group university
* A strong academic background
* A genuine interest in HVAC and Building Services
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Residence within a commutable distance of High Wycombe
