Job Title: Non-Functional Test Manager (Performance & OAT) Industry: Manufacturing Contract Length: 7/8 months (highly likely to extend) Rate: £575 - £625 per day (Inside IR35) Location: Fully Remote (UK) with occasional travel to Germany We are supporting a large European manufacturing client (Germany-based) within their Finance and Treasury function, currently undergoing a major treasury transformation and systems programme. The programme has entered the build phase, and the client is seeking to strengthen its test management capability with an experienced Non-Functional Test Manager. This role requires a senior, highly experienced Test Manager who can provide strong leadership across performance testing and Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT), managing stakeholders across a complex delivery landscape. The Role: Own and lead the Non-Functional Testing strategy, with a focus on performance testing and OAT Provide leadership and governance for performance testing delivered by FIS technical teams Coordinate closely with PwC, FIS, and client stakeholders Ensure non-functional testing aligns with programme milestones and delivery plans Manage risks, dependencies, and reporting across large, complex IT workstreams Support workshops and key programme activities (including limited travel to Germany) Skills needed: Extensive experience as a Non-Functional / Performance Test Manager on large, complex IT programmes Proven background working alongside large systems integrators Finance, Treasury, or Trading systems experience is essential Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability Experience working with or alongside FIS is highly desirable Research indicates that men will apply to a role when they meet only 5060% of the requirements, while women and other underrepresented groups often look for a 90100% match.
