This is a temporary-to-permanent position based in Falkirk in the Industrial Services sector, with responsibilities across Scotland and beyond. The role involves hazardous waste transport, tank cleaning, and high-pressure water jetting, with a focus on safety, compliance, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely operate Class 1 vehicles for industrial services and hazardous waste transport.
* Adhere to ADR regulations and company safety policies at all times.
* Support site-based activities, including tank cleaning and high-pressure water jetting, when required.
* Complete accurate documentation for both transport and site operations.
* Ensure vehicles are maintained to the highest safety and operational standards.
What we require
* Valid ADR licence Class 1 (including tanks).
* Proven experience as a Class 1 Driver, ideally within industrial services or hazardous waste.
* Up-to-date Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
* Strong safety awareness and commitment to compliance.
* Flexible approach to work, with the ability to travel to various sites and adapt to different shifts.
* Additional qualifications (e.g., Water Jetting, Confined Space, CSCS/Safety Passport) are desirable.

Working Hours and Pay
* £17.50/hr for the first 8 hours per day.
* £21.75/hr for any hours over 8 per day.
* Working hours: Standard 40 hours, Monday–Friday; hours vary to meet client needs. Overtime may be required when client requests additional support.
