We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Architect with a passion for building conservation to join a friendly, RIBA:chartered practice in Oxford. With a strong focus on sustainability and historic buildings, this practice takes pride in revitalizing structures through innovative and thoughtful design.
As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in preserving and enhancing historic buildings while leading projects from concept to completion. You should have substantial UK:based, post:Part 3 experience and ideally have experience managing a small team. Your design flair and technical expertise will be essential, along with strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:
* Member of ARB
* Significant UK:based post Part 3 experience
* Passion for building conservation
* Managing a small team and developing their skills
* Managing budgets and projects
* Experience in contract management and contract administration
* Knowledge of historic building conservation, maintenance and repair
* Full, clean driving licence and access to a car
* Proficient in AutoCAD
