An exceptional opportunity for a creative, leadership focussed Food and Beverage Manager. Overseeing multiple on-site venues to include a 150 cover restaurant, pub service, room service and event catering.
Overseeing a team of up to 14 staff you will be an effective leader with business acumen.
Core duties as follows;
* Develop key operational procedures
* Train and develop your team
* Staff scheduling
* Contribution to both bar and restaurant menu content
* Control costs in line with budgetary
* Maximise revenue opportunities.
* Monitor and supervise team providing training and encouragement.
People
* Maintain good working relationships
* Complete all mandatory training on time.
* Attend regular briefing sessions and meetings
Service
* Ensure our guests receive a friendly and efficient service
* Interact with guests
* Comply with brand and department operating standards
