Job Title: Graduate Submarines Nuclear Primary Build Organisation Engineer
Location: Barrow (Cumbria)
We offer relocation support packages for this role, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements; however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 5 days per week.
Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus
What you\'ll be doing
* The PBO have many niche teams. You\'ll be placed with a team for rotation.
* You\'ll shadow an experienced individual, and gain an understanding of the roles.
* You\'ll develop your skills and knowledge whilst in the team.
* Multiple niche teams are within PBO; you\'ll have the opportunity to move within these teams to develop, including a period of time spent with the New Nuclear Facilities team.
* You will exit full time into one of these teams, to become a Nuclear Engineer within the business.
* We try and accommodate regarding exit; however the managers will assess each candidate and make a decision.
