Regional Service Engineer - UK & Ireland
Location: CDE Group Ltd, H1, Kilcronagh Business Park, Cookstown, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom
Role purpose
The Regional Service Engineer will provide aftersales support for all customers within the region. This will involve troubleshooting issues by self where possible or coordinating additional resources as required.
Responsibilities
* Provide after-sales support for all customers within region. This will include working on your own and coordinating additional resources as required.
* Carry out planned and unplanned maintenance as required, including PMI (preventative maintenance inspection) visits and customer breakdowns.
* Act as an ambassador for CDE by putting the customer first.
* Support the wider CustomCare team through site and customer visits, liaising with the Engineering team to develop the best technical solutions for customers.
* Provide detailed customer-focused reports from site visits to the operations team, recording progress and recommending future improvements.
* Extensive travel throughout the region; working outside normal hours as required.
Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
* Ability to interpret mechanical drawings/diagrams
Desirable Criteria
* Health and Safety Qualification
* Electrical Qualification
* Experience in washing plant maintenance and repair
