Internal Sales Administrator Our client, known locally as an employer of choice, are looking for a Sales Support Admin to come in and help with the sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to further their career. The Role Provide additional support to the product team as needed. Support the Business Area customers with quotations and technical data using the appropriate communication channels. Process Invoices Deal with customer queries in a professional manner when they arise. Act as the frontline technical advisor and support for agreed product lines. Continuously update and maintain the company CRM system as required with new customers, leads, activity, opportunities etc. Promptly follow up all quotations produced by email or in the CRM and summarised in the monthly report. Monitor your open quotations and action or prompt external sales where necessary. Liaise with external sales and agree ownership of lower value opportunities. Monitor the opportunity through to closing. Visit Customers with Salespeople to develop relationships.
