Are you an ambitious and passionate SEND leader looking for your next challenge? Holt Farm Infant School is seeking an experienced and inspirational SENDco (Senior Leader & Designated Safeguarding Lead) to join our vibrant, forward-thinking school community.

About the role: You'll provide strategic leadership of SEND provision, act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, and play a key part in the school's senior leadership team. You will champion a culture of inclusion, lead on EHCPs, interventions, and staff training, and work closely with families and external agencies. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in the potential development and leadership of an innovative inclusion base to meet the needs of our community.
