Role 1:
Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
This is a fast-paced, problem-solving role where no two days are the same. You'll be the go-to person when issues arise on solar farm projects — sometimes needing 72-hour model rewrites to keep things on track.
What to expect:
* Rapid problem-solving and multi-tasking to get projects back on schedule.
* Regular travel to solar sites (in all weathers).
* Liaising with clients and contractors to resolve challenges.
* A touch of facilities management (supporting an office + 2 warehouses).

Role 2:
Construction & Revamp
This role is all about precision, planning, and compliance. You'll take ownership of construction and upgrade projects with a strong focus on health & safety and technical processes.
What to expect:
* Oversight of CDM regulations, permits to work/dig, plant & machinery use.
* High-risk work requiring strict adherence to HSE standards.
* Paperwork-heavy role with less travel compared to O&M.
* Driving compliance while confidently handling budget/time pressures.

detail-focused, confident with paperwork and process, and assertive in ensuring safety standards are met
