Sales and Marketing Administrator

Your new role
Hays are working with a global business with a UK office based in Wetherby. Your role will be to provide administrative support to their Sales and Marketing Directors.
Order Processing & Finance Administration
Accurately process customer orders and purchase orders from receipt to remittance.
Raise invoices and credit notes; manage orders and invoicing using relevant systems (e.g., Sage).
Liaise with key external contacts to ensure timely payment.
Provide professional telephone and digital support to customers and end‑users.
Guide customers through ordering processes and offer technical support where required.
Manage inventory levels and liaise with internal teams to ensure stock availability meets local market needs.
Organise travel and accommodation for staff and customers attending national and international events.
Coordinate attendee arrangements for training programmes and educational events.
Support the planning and delivery of exhibitions, meetings, and other marketing events.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be an experienced administrator, comfortable with Microsoft packages, highly organised and customer-focused.
